After the fiduciary rule was vacated, conflicts are slowly but surely creeping back into our industry. A sleight of hand here and a rabbit out of the hat there as retirement service providers are all trying to differentiate and keep the revenue plates spinning. As fiduciaries, we must ask more questions and remain vigilant to make sure the standards we are held to is met.
