On February 8, 2017, Chief Judge Barbara Lynn of the Northern District of Texas granted motion for summary judgment in favor of the Fiduciary Rule and BICE and denied summary judgement to U.S. Chamber of Commerce, the Indexed Annuity Leadership Council and the American Council of Life Insurers.
